A remarkable event has occurred!
The 4th International Conference on Management, Education and Social Sciences (4th MESS) was an outstanding event held on July 6, 2023. This International Conference is held and organized by Research Synergy Foundation (RSF). This conference was held on virtual platform and has given a chance to increase knowledge among researchers found ideas for further research, and new found research and collaboration opportunities.
This event was virtually and has been a great success. Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand, Nigeria, Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, US, China, Sierra Leone, Morocco, Brazil, Iran, Srilanka and many more.
All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. The conference aimed to strengthen multidisciplinary research from to share and discuss findings in various spectrum of Organizational studies, Social Sciences, Psychology and Marketing management, and other related field of studies. This international conference was held in one day with one session of online academic presentation.

The opening ceremony of 4th MESS was opened by welcoming remarks by Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih, as Conference Chair of 4th MESS and as the Founder & Chairperson of Research Synergy Foundation.

After that, all the participants were invited to have an e-group photo.
The next agenda was the online presentation session led by a Session Chair. The Session Chair for the online presentation session was Marilyn F. Isip., Ph.D. Campus Director of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Maria Bulacan Campus. Her expertise in education field has brought a lively discussion and insight to all the presenters and attendee.

After the online presentation session, the next agenda was the Q&A, sharing session and Introduction for the RSF Global Research Ecosystem Community Platform. The attendees asked questions to the presenter and was answered in a moderated discussion by Marilyn F. Isip., Ph.D

the Session Chair also received a token of appreciation which was presented by Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih from Research Synergy Foundation. After the token of appreciation for the Session Chair,
and the conference has come to an end. The closing was delivered by the MC, Ms. Finna Zephyrine.
4th MESS conference was held successfully.
With this virtual meeting, it is hoped that all participants will gain valuable knowledge, and collaboration will be formed to continue research so that it is more developed. The 4th MESS conference is held as an ecosystem of scientific meetings following to exchange and share their thought and finding in various spectrum of interdisciplinary research. It is hoped that the launch of 4th MESS will also be a great environment and platform for the research in Management, Education and Social Sciences.
