A remarkable event has occurred!

The International Conference of UNAIR Postgraduate School (ICPS 2023) was an outstanding event held on September 5, 2023

The ICPS 2023 is a conference collaboration program between  by The Postgraduate School of Universitas Airlangga and Research Synergy Foundation (RSF). This conference was held on Virtual platform and has given a chance to increase knowledge among researchers found ideas for further research, and new found research and collaboration opportunities.

This event was held in one day and the hybrid conference has been a great success. Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Austria, Sierra Leone, East Timor, Ghana, Germany, Denmark, Afghanistan and many more.

All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. This year, the conference brought up the theme of “Sustainable Development & Energy Resilience in Multidisciplinary Perspective” and aimed strengthen multidisciplinary research from basic for share their thought and findings in various spectrum of Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Management Science, Women Empowerment, Sustainable Development, Forensics, Entrepreneurship, Law and other related field of studies. This international conference was held on September 5, 2023 with one session of presentation, with consist of 4 to 5 presenters.

In this conference, we discuss and shares research topic surrounding: Human Resource Management, Immunology, Law, Disaster Management, Forensics, Police Science, Creative Industry, Data Analytic, Women Empowerment Health Economics, Venture Creation, Population Administration, Sustainable Development, Entrepreneurship, Management Science, and Social Science

The ICPS 2023 was opened by a welcome remarks by the Conference Chair, Prof. Dr. Fendy Suhariadi, MT., Psikolog as the Head of Doctoral Program on Human Resource Development of The Postgraduate School of Universitas Airlangga. 

Then, Prof. Badri Munir Sukoco, SE., MBA., Ph.D., theDirector of The Postgraduate School of Universitas Airlangga delivered an opening speech.

Then, the conference continued by an introduction to the Global Research Ecosystem Introduction by Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih as the Co-Conference Chair of ICPS 2023 and the Founder & Chairperson of Research Synergy Foundation.

This year, the conference consisted of 67 presenters and more than 295 attendees from 28 countries.

Keynote Speaker 1 Session

The next session was the Keynote Speaker session from Dr. (H.C.) Drs. Ignasius Jonan, Ak., M.A., C.P.A., C.A. as Indonesia Minister of Transportation, 2014-2016 and Indonesia Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, 2016-2019.

After one hour of Lunch Break, ICPS 2023 conference then continued by the 3rd Keynote Speaker, Professor Dr. Dieter Bögenhold from Klagenfurt University, Austria

Online Academic Presentation Session 

After the Keynote Speaker session, ICPS 2023 the conference continued by an Online Academic Presentation. With 12 Breakoout Rooms containing tracks Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Management Science, Women Empowerment, Sustainable Development, Forensics, Entrepreneurship, Law and Immunology.  The Session Chairs were:

In this session, the discussion went smoothly on some of the presenters attended and the questions came from virtual attendees. After all the presenter finished with their presentation, all the presenters and attendees take a short break in the Main Room for waiting the Best Presenter, Best Paper announcement and Closing Speech.

Awarding Session
After all the participants were back on the main room and the auditorium, there was a short break as a preparation for the awarding session and the closing ceremony. Then, the MC announced the Best Presentation and the Best Paper awards. There were 12 Best Presentation awardees and 2 Best Paper awardees.

The Best Presentation category was nominated based on the professionalism, the organization of the presentation, the visual of the presentation, and the handling of the questions, based on the evaluation given by the Session Chairs throughout the presentation.
