The Jakarta International Conference on Research, Innovation, and Sustainable Development 2025 (JICRISD 2025)
A significant occurrence has unfolded!
The Jakarta International Conference on Research, Innovation, and Sustainable Development 2025 (JICRISD 2025) was held successfully on 2 December 2025. Organized by the Pusat Studi Gender Saraswati Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ), LPPM Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, and Research Synergy Foundation, this conference was held virtually through the online platform.
The JICRISD 2025 brought the theme of “Mainstreaming GEDSI Principles in Sustainable Development in Global South” with 16 tracks presented by 26 Presenters.
The conference aims to provide a dynamic forum for the advancement of knowledge, collaboration, promotion of cross-cultural understanding, and the continuous improvement of GEDSI.
The conference has successfully gathered speakers, participants, scientific reviewer, session chair, and attendees from more than 14+ countries around the globe, such as Indonesia, Iraq, Philippines, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Hungary, Morocco, Japan, and many more.
A Seamless Virtual Conference
The JICRISD 2025 was arranged seamlessly with online participants. The opening of the event begin with Welcome Remarks of The JICRISD 2025 by Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M., the Conference Chair of JICRISD 2025 from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta.

The Keynote Speakers Sessions
The Jakarta International Conference on Research, Innovation, and Sustainable Development 2025 (JICRISD 2025) invited a Keynote Speaker coming from Indonesia and Australia. The keynote speaker sessions was held in a 3 Sessions, moderated by Ms. Santi Rahmawati. The conference invited all of the online participants to hear and listen from the notable Keynote Speakers.
The first keynote speaker was Prof. Popy Rufaidah, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D. from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. She brought his impactful and excellent speech regarding “Mainstreaming GEDSI Principles in Sustainable Development in the Global South”.

The last keynote speaker was Prof. Rachael Diprose from University of Melbourne, Australia. She brought his impactful and excellent speech regarding “Building Durable Responses to Gender Inequality”.

The Best Presentation category was nominated based on the professionalism, the organization of the presentation, the visual of the presentation, and the handling of the questions, based on the evaluation given by the Session Chairs throughout the presentation.
