The Abstract Book of the 9th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Business, Economy, Management, and Social Studies (9th IBEMS) is the scientific output of a hybrid conference program organized by the Business Management Network Institute, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and Research Synergy Foundation. Co-hosted by the Master of Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISBA, and PERBANAS Institute, this conference was held both onsite at Curtin University, Perth, Australia, and virtually through an online platform. The event aims to provide a global platform for academic scientists, researchers, research scholars, and practitioners to exchange and share their experiences, insights, knowledge, and research outcomes, while exploring interdisciplinary developments in the fields of Entrepreneurship, Management, Sustainability Studies, Business, Education, Organization Development and Change, Economics, Human Resources Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Humanities, Psychology, Islamic Studies, Law, and Accounting.
This Abstract Book compiles scholarly contributions that discuss theoretical and practical implications on contemporary issues within the aforementioned fields, particularly those related to shaping sustainable futures in business, economy, and society through interdisciplinary research and innovation.
