The 10th International Conference on Management Studies and Social Science (10th MASOS)

A significant occurrence has unfolded!

The 10th International Conference on Management Studies and Social Science (10th MASOS) was held successfully on 12 August 2025. Organized by organized by Research Synergy Foundation and Polytechnic University of the Philippines, this conference was held virtually through the online platform. 

The 10th MASOS brought the theme of “Transformative Leadership and Social Innovation: Paving the Way for Sustainable Growth” with 9 tracks presented by 20 Presenters.

The conference aims to establish a platform and to provide opportunities for academic scientists, researchers, research scholars, and practitioners from all over the world to exchange and share their experiences, ideas, knowledge and research results to the latest issues of Management studies and Social sciences.

The conference has successfully gathered speakers, participants, scientific reviewer, session chair, and attendees from more than 10+ countries around the globe, such as Indonesia, Phillipines, Malta, Nigeria, Taiwan, Thailand, Jordan, India, Malaysia, Germany, and many more

A Major Keynote Talk

The 10th International Conference on Management Studies and Social Science (10th MASOS) invited a Keynote Speaker coming from Phillipines.  The keynote speaker session was held in a plenary setting, moderated by Ms. Finna Zephyrine. The conference invited all of the online participants to hear and listen from the notable Keynote Speaker. 

The keynote speaker was Dr. Anna Ruby P. Gapasin as the VP for Research, Extension and Development, Polytechnic University of The Philippines. She brought his impactful and excellent speech regarding “Transformative Leadership for Innovation and Sustainable Growth”.

Continued with the Mini Workshop from Research Synergy Institute, this session is an additional session that we started in 2025, the topic of the Mini Workshop is “Understanding F1000 Research Requirement and Practical Guideline: Scopus Q1, Q2 Open Research Publishing Platform” the speaker in this session was Ms. Santi Rahmawati.

In this session, the facinating discussion went smoothly and the questions came assertively from virtual participants. After all the presenter finished with their presentation, all the presenters and attendees were directed to go to the next Session.

The Best Presentation category was nominated based on the professionalism, the organization of the presentation, the visual of the presentation, and the handling of the questions, based on the evaluation given by the Session Chairs throughout the presentation.
