Editorial Meeting of the Journal of Halal Science, Industry, and Business (JHASIB)

The Editorial Meeting plays a vital role in ensuring the sustainability of the Journal, encompassing the planning and coordination aspects. Recognizing this significance, JHASIB recently conducted its inaugural editorial meeting in person in Bangkok on December 4, 2023. This meeting involved a comprehensive discussion of various facets, including the current publication processes and the manuscripts already published by JHASIB. Additionally, strategic considerations for the Journal's present and future, along with plans for future journal indexation, were thoroughly examined. The discussions in this initial editorial meeting covered the Journal's general and specific aspects. As a result of this meeting, strategies and improvements were devised to enhance JHASIB's overall performance.

The Journal aims to comprehensively address various aspects of Halal studies, including Halal Science, such as Food Science and Nutrition, Food Safety and Management; Halal Industries, focusing on the implementation of Halal certification; and Halal Business, encompassing areas like Halal Marketing and Education for Halal Understanding.
