FAQ – How to Become a Reviewer for RSF Conference
I. Introduction to Research Synergy System
Since 2023, Research Synergy Foundation introduced Synergy System which combines all the features of Scholarvein and ReviewerTrack in one integrated support system. It aims to be a system to support scholars, researchers, practitioners, and iterators to contribute more in the scientific community. See the Submission Guidelines for information about submitting different article types.
II. Instruction
a. Go to Research Synergy System Website
Click to go to Research Synergy System. New registrant can click Sign Up to register. Choose Sign In if you already have an account. You can choose to use an alternative method to sign up through social media account such as Facebook and Google.
b. How to Sign Up and Sign In
To Sign Up, please fill the Create Account form, fill with your Username, Email address, Password and Confirm Password (re-type your password to verify your password account) and then click the button Create Account.
If you already have an account, choose Sign In. To Sign In, please fill the Sign In form, fill with your Email Address and Password that you already input before, and then click the button Sign In.
c. Choose Type of Roles
After you Sign In, you will be directed to the User Account Page and choose Reviewer and click Select.
d. Insert Personal Detail
Please fill out the form with your personal details such as Last Educational Background, Position, Link to Publication record, Field of Study (or add one if you can't find it on the list) and click Join Now.
e. Give Your Consent
To start your journey as a Reviewer, please tick the boxes to give consent as a Reviewer and Committee. Once you ticked the boxes, you are now on our database of reviewers and can start accepting articles/abstracts/conference papers that are assigned to you.
III. How to Review
Once you joined in our database of reviewer, you can now wait for the assignment to come. For the reviewer of the committee, finishing review for 5 papers will grant you a free conference registration fee that you can claim to the organizing committee. You may use this grant for you, your students, or your colleagues. When assigned a review, you will get a notification through your email that looks like this:
From there, you get the title of the research and can decide whether you want to Agree or Decline the offer. The normal deadline is 4 days from the date you agree to review the research. You can click Agree or Decline directly from your email inbox, or you can go to your account at researchsyenrgysystem.com to see the assignments. Pay attention to the tab on the left of your Reviewer Dashboard, you can see the assignment at the Article Assignment section.
Article Assignment: Where you can find articles that are assigned to you, you can Agree or Decline from this section.
Article to Review: Where you can find articles that you are already Agreed on, and can start your review from this section.
Article Complete: Where you can find articles that you already done reviewed.
Rejected Article: Where you can find articles that you declined.
Reviewers Appreciation: You can find certificates and appreciation here.

IV. Other Information
For your information, the conference offers a free conference registration fee for every 5 articles you have reviewed. You may contact the committee through the email info@reviewertrack.com to redeem your grant.
The conference has three types of article review: 1) Conference Abstract, 2) Conference Paper, 3) Full Paper. You may be assigned to different types of article submission as long as it aligns with your field of studies. Thus, make sure you have input all of your research expertise and interest when filling out your data.
Active reviewers will also have the opportunity of being involved in the conference in other scientific/academic roles such as Keynote Speaker, Invited Speakers, Session Chairs, and others. We are happy to welcome you to the grand network of Global Research Ecosystem.
