The 5th International Conference on Management, Education, and Social Science (5th MESS)

A significant occurrence has unfolded!

The 5th International Conference on Management, Education, and Social Science (5th MESS) was held successfully on 10 December 2024. Organized by organized by Research Synergy Foundation, this conference was held virtually through the online platform. 

The 5th MESS brought the theme of “Sustainable Development and Innovation Practices through an Interdisciplinary Approach in Management, Education, and Responsible Society.” with 7 tracks of multidisciplinary field of studies presented by 10 Presenters.

The conference aims to establish a platform and to provide opportunities for academic scientists, researchers, research scholars, and practitioners from all over the world to exchange and share their experiences, ideas, knowledge and research results to the latest issues of Management, Education, and Social Science.

The conference has successfully gathered speakers, participants, scientific reviewer, session chair, and attendees from more than 13+ countries around the globe, such as Indonesia, Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Iran, France, and many more.

 

A Seamless Hybrid Conference

The 5th MESS was arranged seamlessly with online participants. The day started by introducing the Global Research Ecosystem by Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih, which also supported the scientific process and publication of 5th MESS. Thus making the conference more reputable and internationalized through Research Synergy Foundations’ global network.

A Major Keynote Talk

The 5th International Conference on Management, Education, and Social Science (5th MESS) invited one Keynote Speaker coming from Pakistan.  The keynote speaker session was held in a plenary setting, moderated by Ms. Finna Zephyrine. The conference invited all of the online participants to hear and listen from the notable Keynote Speakers. 

The keynote speaker was Dr. Muhammad Mujtaba Asad from Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan​. He brought his impactful and excellent speech regarding “Audio-Visual Flipped Classrooms: A Pathway to Improved Self Regulated Learning for Education 5.0 in South Asian Context”.

Online Academic Presentation Session

The online academic presentation session of the 5th MESS was completed in the main room within 2 session with 2 Session Chairs were Dr. Bibi Jan Mohamed Ayyub, PBM., BBM(L) – Founder of NOCP, BTC and the Co-founder of Club HEAL, Singapore and continues by Dr. Tan Lay Hong – Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, Malaysia, Presenters presented their essay proudly online according on their placement. 

 In this session, the facinating discussion went smoothly and the questions came assertively from virtual participants. After all the presenter finished with their presentation, after this we have a short break to wait decision for the Best Presenter, Best Paper announcement, Session Chair Recognition, and Closing Speech.

 

Awarding Session

The MC announced the Best Presentation and the Best Paper awards. There were 2 Best Presentation awardees and 1 Best Paper awardees.

The Best Presentation category was nominated based on the professionalism, the organization of the presentation, the visual of the presentation, and the handling of the questions, based on the evaluation given by the Session Chairs throughout the presentation.

3. No Revision (Accepted) or only having Minor Revision in the previous review during submission
4. Format/ template alignment,
5. novelty of the content,
6. academic, practical, and societal contribution or the impact
