10th ESBEM

A remarkable event has occurred!!

The 10th International Conference on Entrepreneurship Studies, Business, Economy, and Management Science (10th ESBEM) was successfully conducted on March 10, 2026, in a fully virtual format via Zoom (UTC+7, Jakarta Time). Organized by Research Synergy Foundation, this annual conference once again served as a dynamic global platform for academics, researchers, scholars, and professionals to exchange ideas, present research findings, and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration across Business, Economy, and Management Science.

Carrying the spirit of interdisciplinary dialogue, 10th ESBEM brought together diverse perspectives under a shared commitment to advancing research that contributes to sustainable development and digital transformation across sectors.

Opening Session

The conference began with participant login and welcoming remarks by the Master of Ceremony, followed by an introduction to the conference agenda and publication opportunities.

In her address, she highlighted the importance of building a strong global research ecosystem and fostering international collaboration to enhance research visibility and impact, The session was followed by an e-group photo session, symbolizing the global participation of scholars from various countries.

A special highlight of 10th ESBEM was the Mini Workshop organized by Research Synergy Press:

Topic:
“From Submission to Publication: A Practical Walkthrough of the International Journal Editorial Process”

This interactive session provided a practical guide to the intricacies of manuscript management, ranging from the initial submission stage and desk screening to the critical phases of addressing reviewer feedback. Participants gained a deep understanding of how editorial systems operate behind the scenes and learned effective strategies for navigating each stage to ensure their manuscripts move efficiently toward publication in reputable indexed journals.

Academic Online Parallel Presentation Sessions

Following the workshop, the conference continued with Academic Online Parallel Presentation Sessions, conducted simultaneously in:

Each presenter was allocated 15 minutes to deliver their research presentation, followed by discussion and feedback. The sessions covered a broad range of interdisciplinary tracks, including:

• Entrepreneurship
• Management Science
• Sustainability studies

The presented studies addressed contemporary issues such as digital transformation in education, sustainable competitive advantage, green supply chain management, artificial intelligence and algorithm governance, precision fertilization technology, inclusive education, social media engagement, hybrid financial instruments, and customer trust in creative industries.

After the presentation sessions, the committee conducted score recapitulation to determine the Best Presentation and Best Paper awards.
