The Abstract Book of The International Conference on Research in Emerging Technologies and Strategic Business & The 10th International Seminar and Conference on Learning Organisation (ICRES–ISCLO 2025) is the scientific output of a hybrid conference program held on 11–12 December 2025 at Telkom Corporate University Campus, Bandung, Indonesia, and virtually via Zoom and YouTube.
This conference was organized by Telkom Corporate University, Research Synergy Foundation, and Telkom University. It was co-hosted by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung, Pascasarjana Universitas Pasundan, Big Data Lab ITB, and World Citi College (Philippines). The program was supported by Scholarvein, Reviewer Track, Research Synergy Institute, Global Research Community, and partners including F1000Research, Accenture, IBM, Google, and BRIN.
ICRES–ISCLO 2025 carried the theme “Accelerating Transformation Through Digital Innovation, Organizational Agility, and Strategic Collaboration for a Connected World.” The conference featured 28 tracks and was presented by 114 presenters.
The conference aimed to provide an international forum for advancing knowledge, strengthening collaboration, promoting cross-cultural understanding, and discussing organisational capabilities that are agile, collaborative, and adaptive in an increasingly connected world. It brought together speakers, participants, scientific reviewers, session chairs, and attendees from more than 22 countries, including Indonesia, the Philippines, North Macedonia, India, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, Hungary, Malaysia, Iraq, Taiwan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Egypt, Sri Lanka, China, Portugal, Ethiopia, Timor-Leste, Nigeria, and Vietnam, among others.
This Abstract Book compiles the scholarly contributions presented at ICRES–ISCLO 2025 and reflects ongoing discussions on emerging technologies, strategic business, and learning organisation practices.
