Proceedings of The 2nd International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainable Innovation (2nd ICMRSI) is a scientific output from a conference collaboration program between Universitas Persada Indonesia Y.A.I and Research Synergy Foundation. Co-hosted by Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta and Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira. 2nd ICMRSI provides an interdisciplinary platform for gathering scholars, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate ongoing research related to the Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainable Innovation. With theme “Toward Innovation Excellence; Reframing Socio Economic, Science, Technology and Practice Relationship”.

The Proceeding covers theoretical practices and their implications in psychology, management, economics, humanities, human resources management, education, accounting, industrial engineering, civil engineering, information system, public health, architecture and design, and visual communication. The expected contribution of this Proceeding is to give an multidisciplinary insight into the latest research and study in line with the sustainable and innovation issue.
