A remarkable event has occurred!
The 8th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Business, Economy, Management, and Social Studies (8th IBEMS) was an outstanding event held on July 3, 2024 at Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, Japan.
8th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Business, Economy, Management, and Social Studies (8th IBEMS) is a conference program organized by Research Synergy Foundation. This conference was held hybrid and has given a chance to increase knowledge among researchers found ideas for further research, and new found research and collaboration opportunities.
This event was held in one day and has been a great success. Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, Thailand, United States, South Korea, Morocco, Iran, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, and many more.
All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. This year, the conference aimed strengthen interdisciplinary research from basic for share their thought and findings in various spectrum Sustainability Studies, Social Studies, Education, Humanities, Business, Psychology, Entrepreneurship, Management, Human Resources Management, and other related field of studies. There were Keynote Speaker session and Invited Seapker session followed by the parallel onsite academic presentation session which is divided into 2 split rooms.

The opening of 8th IBEMS marked by the Master of Ceremony. After that, Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih as the Founder & Chairperson of Research Synergy Foundation who explained about the Global Research Ecosystem Introduction.

Keynote Speaker Session
The next session was the Keynote Speaker session moderated by Ms. Santi Rahmawati. There was one keynote speaker on 8th IBEMS , Professor Dr. Rosna Awang-Hashim as Professor of Educational Psychology School of Education, Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Professor Dr. Rosna Awang-Hashim’s speech was followed by a QnA session. The participants were all excited to ask questions to Professor Dr. Rosna Awang-Hashim. After that, it was time for the next Invited Speaker session.

The next session was the Invited Speaker session moderated by Ms. Santi Rahmawati. There were two keynote speakers on 8th IBEMS and the first speaker was Ko Konno as Open Research Account Specialist Taylor & Francis Group, UK.

Awarding Session and Closing Ceremony
The onsite academic presentation session was scheduled to be finished at 16.00 UTC+9. After that, the participants were asked to have a short break to wait for the awarding session. At the awarding session, there were Best Presentation awards, Best Paper awards, and Session Chair Recognition. Throughout the presentation session, the session chairs have given scores for the evaluation of each presenters. The scores were then recapitulated to determine the best presenter in each split room and session. In 8th IBEMS, there were four Best Presentation awardees:

After the Best Presentation and Best Paper award were given to the awardees, it was time for the Closing Ceremony. As the conference chair of 8th IBEMS Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih delivered the closing remarks and that marked the amazing conference program organized by Research Synergy Foundation, supported with all affiliated institutions that took part in making the event successful.
This year’s 8th IBEMS went successful and we hope to see more collaboration and future conferences ahead.
