The 4th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainable Innovation (4th ICMRSI)

A remarkable event has occurred!

The 4th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainable Innovation (4th ICMRSI) was an outstanding event held on April 16-17, 2025. The 4th ICMRSI is a conference collaboration program between Universitas Persada Y.A.I. and and Research Synergy Foundation. This conference was held on virtual platform and has given a chance to increase knowledge among researchers found ideas for further research, and new found research and collaboration opportunities.

This event was held in two days and the virtual conference has been a great success. Participants and audiences who attended came from 21+ countries around the globe, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Germany, Philippines, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, United States, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt, Czech Republic, Pakistan, Australia, Algeria, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Ecuador, and many more.

All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. This year, the conference brought up the theme of “Exceeding Expectations: Digital Transformation across All Sectors Promoting Effective and Creative Communication in the Digital Age” and aimed strengthen multidisciplinary research from basic for share their thought and findings in various spectrum of  Management, Educational Psychology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Education, Information System, Broadcast Journalism, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Visual Design Communication, Social Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Humanities, Accounting, Law, Public Health, Art, Women’s Studies, Communication Science., and many more.

The Event starts with some opening remarks from Prof. Ir. Sri Astuti Indriyati, MS., Ph.D. as the Conference Chair of 4th ICMRSI and Rector of Universitas Persada Indonesia Y.A.I and followed by Opening Speech of 4th ICMRSI by Prof. Dr. Ir. Yudi Yulius, MBA as the Foundation’s President & Coordinator of the Y.A.I Private Institution of Higher Education.

A Major Keynote Talk

The 4th International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research for Sustainable Innovation (4th ICMRSI) invited 4 Keynote Speakers coming from various country.  The keynote speaker session was held in a plenary setting, moderated by Mrs. Santi Rahmawati as the Founder and Chief of Operation of the Research Synergy Foundation. The conference invited all of the online participants to hear and listen from the notable Keynote Speakers. 

The first keynote speaker was Pir Owners, Ph.D., from University of Persada Indonesia Y.A.I delivered a speech about “Implementing communication approach to raise awareness of green economy in tourism: A case of Wakatobi Islands Indonesia”.

The next session was the Academic Presentation Session 1 with session chair by Assoc Prof. Mary Rose Montano from City College of Calamba

In this session, the discussion went smoothly on some of the presenters attended and the questions came from virtual attendees. After all the presenter finished with their presentation, all the presenters and attendees take a lunch break in the Main Room for waiting Keynote Speaker session, and Academic Online Presentation Session 2.

After the lunch break, the second keynote speaker was Dr. Saraswathy Thurairaj from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia delivered a speech about “Beyond Boundaries: Digital Innovation for Sustainable and Impactful Research”.

After the Keynote Speakers Session, the conference then continued by an Online Academic Presentation Session. With Track Management, Educational Psychology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Education, Information System, Broadcast Journalism, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Visual Design Communication, Social Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Humanities, Accounting, Law, Public Health, Art, Women’s Studies, and Communication Science. Divided with 2 Breakout Room and Main Room as the academic presentation session.

In this session, the discussion went smoothly on some of the presenters attended and the questions came from virtual attendees. After all the presenter finished with their presentation, all the presenters and attendees take a short break in the Main Room for waiting the Best Presenter announcement, Session Chair Recognition and Closing Remarks.

Awarding Session

After a short break as a preparation for the awarding session and the closing ceremony. Then, the MC announced the Best Presentation awards and the Session Chairs Recognition. There were 4 Best Presentation awardees for Day 1.

The Best Presentation category was nominated based on the professionalism, the organization of the presentation, the visual of the presentation, and the handling of the questions, based on the evaluation given by the Session Chairs throughout the presentation.

Day 2

The second day of the 4th ICMRSI starts with welcome remarks from Dr. Sularso Budilaksono, M.Kom. as the Head of Organizing Committee 4th ICMRSI from Universitas Persada Indonesia Y.A.I.

After the welcome remarks from Dr. Sularso Budilaksono, M.Kom., the second session continue with the keynote speaker Assoc. Prof. Dr Hasniza binti Nordin from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia delivered a speech about “Empowering Education: Transforming Practices through Creative and Effective Digital Transformation”.
