The 8th International conference on Interdisciplinary Research on Education, Economic studies, Business and Social Sciences (8th RESBUS) was an outstanding event held on November 6, 2023. This International Conference is held and organized by Research Synergy Foundation (RSF). This conference was held on virtual platform and has given a chance to increase knowledge among researchers found ideas for further research, and new found research and collaboration opportunities.
This event was virtually and has been a great success. Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Indonesia, Philipines, Malaysia,UAE, India, Iraq, Rep. of China, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Oman, Albanian, Bangladesh.
All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. The conference aimed to strengthen multidisciplinary research from to share and discuss findings in various spectrum of Education, Economic studies, Business and Social Sciences, and other related field of studies. This international conference was held in one day with one session of online academic presentation.
In this conference, we discuss and shares research topic surrounding Economics, Business administration, Business Economics, Business Sociology, and Management Science.
The opening ceremony of 8th RESBUS was opened by welcoming remarks by Ani Wahyu Rachmawati, S.Psi., MSM. as the Founder & Director of Publication Research Synergy Foundation.

Keynote Speaker 1 Session The first keynote speaker was Dr. Bibiana Lim Chiu Yiong who is the Head of Learning and Teaching Unit, Senior Lecturer, Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak Campus, Malaysia.

The next session was the Keynote Speaker session delivered virtual by Dr. Leo Del Rosario from Dean of College of Education, Arts and Sciences, National University-Manila, The Philippines.

The next agenda was the online presentation session led by Session Chairs. Session Chairs for the online presentation session was Dr. Veronica Sarcino Almase from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and Dr. Anna Bocar from Gulf College, Sultanate of Oman. Their expertise has brought a lively discussion and insight to all the presenters and attendee.

After the online presentation session, the next agenda was the Q&A, sharing session and Introduction for the RSF Global Research Ecosystem Community Platform. The attendees asked questions to the presenter and was answered in a moderated discussion by Dr. Veronica Sarcino Almase - Polytechnic University of the Philippines and Dr. Anna Bocar - Gulf College.
The presenter was given a certificate for their outstanding presentation in the international conference.
the Session Chair also received a token of appreciation which was presented by Ani Wahyu Rachmawati, S.Psi., MSM. from Research Synergy Foundation. After the token of appreciation for the Session Chair,
and the conference has come to an end. The closing was delivered by the MC, Ms. Finna Zephyrine.
8th RESBUS conference was held successfully.
With this virtual meeting, it is hoped that all participants will gain valuable knowledge, and collaboration will be formed to continue research so that it is more developed. The 8th RESBUS conference is held as an ecosystem of scientific meetings following to exchange and share their thought and finding in various spectrum of interdisciplinary research. It is hoped that the launch of 8th RESBUS will also be a great environment and platform for the research in Education, Economic studies, Business and Social Sciences..
