The International Conference on Management, Education, Social Science (MESS) by Research Synergy Foundation held virtually on July 20, 2020.
The Conference aims to bring together leading academicians, researchers, and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on Management, Education, and Social Science. The MESS Conference 2020 International Conference shows up as a cutting-edge Social Research platform to gather presentations and discussions of recent achievements by leading researchers in academic research.

The participants were from Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Myanmar, Morocco, China, Cameroon, Malaysia, India, Cambodia, Nigeria, Kosovo, Japan, Uzbekistan, Oman, Yemen, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Egypt, USA, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Thailand, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Tanzania, and Burkina Faso.

The first agenda is introducing Global Research Ecosystem by Mrs. Santi Rahmawati, MSM. as Founder & Director of Global Network and Operation Research Synergy Foundation.

The next agenda is a speech from the invited speaker, Assistant Professor Eng. Dr. Muhammad Mujtaba Asad as Head of Educational Technologies and TVET Research Group, Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan. The interesting topic is about “VR -Based Educational Technology 4.0 for Oil and Gas Drilling Industries”.

After the insightful topic from the keynote speaker, now we are on the main agenda for the presentation session. The session chair today is Dr. Sook Fern Yeo. She is a Head of Centre for e-Services, Entrepreneurship & Marketing (CESEM) from Deputy Program Coordinator MBA, the Faculty of Business, Multimedia University, Melaka.

The first presenter is Dr. Rasmitadila, with research entitled “The Impact of Using Instructional Strategy Based on The Brain’s Natural Learning Systems for Special Needs Students in The Inclusive Classroom.”

The second presenter is Mr. Triyo Supriyatno with research entitled “Learning and Teaching Model On COVID 19 Era at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Indonesia”.

The third presenter is Mr. Galang Aji Pangestu, with research entitled “Value Chain Analysis at Bank Sampah Bersinar in Bandung Regency as A Competitive Advantage Strategy.”

The last presenter is Ms. Salsabila Maharani Surya Putri with research entitled “The Relationship Between Employee Motivation and Employee Performance in BPR Taspen.”

The presentation was run very well; the feedback from the audience and the session chair make the discussion session more enjoyable. Hopefully, with this virtual Conference the presenters and audiences get insightful learning.
