The 7th Japan International Conference of Business, Management Studies, and Social Science (7th JIBUMS) – was an outstanding event held on May 31, 2021. This International Conference by Research Synergy Foundation was held virtually. All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. This conference discusses and shares research on Social Science, Economics, Macroeconomics, Finance, and Management.
Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, Pakistan, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, India, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Tunisia, Kenya, and Tajikistan.

The event began with an opening by Mrs. Ani Wahyu Rachmawati, MSM, as Founders, Publication Director of Research Synergy Foundation, Director of RSI and RSF Press and Dr. Yeo Sook Fern that guided the presentation of the conference as Session Chair to lead the online presentation session and give feedback and ecouragement to all presenters
In this conference on Social Science theme, the presenters were presenting fascinating studies that reflect on our life through a pandemic, from Chiok Phaik Fern
From the Economics track, the theme about Interest-to-Earnings Ratio as a thin capitalization rule: the benefits for tax revenue and green banking on public business Indonesia at post-Covid-19 presented by Haryo Puspito Arief and Maryati. In the other session, on Macroeconomics Tracks, the relationship between foreign direct investment and unemployed in Indonesia was brought by Adya Utami Syukri.

The first presenter is Ms. Chiok Phaik Fern with research entitled “Reflecting the Mainstreaming of States in Dealing with COVID-19 Pandemic: a Benovelent Saviour or a Masked up Political Actor?”
The second presenter is Mr. Haryo Puspito Arief with research entitled “Interest-to-Earnings Ratio as a Thin Capitalisation Rule: the Benefits for Tax Revenue”
The third presenter is Dr. Maryanti, SE, M.Sc with research entitled “Green Banking on Public Business in Indonesia at Post Covid-19”
Track Macroeconomics and Finance
The next session is Finance Tracks that bought by Adya Utami Syukri was virtually presented with the title The Relationship Between Foreign Direct Investment and Unemployment in Indonesia, and in Macroeconomics Tracks bought by Sook Fern Yeo bring very excellent topics about Tax Management Design for Withholders of 22 Income Tax Payable at the Time of Purchase, the other issues in this tracks was about The Design of Video Analytic Method for Local Tax Audit that Case in Tangerang City.
The fourth presenter is Mrs. Adya Utami Syukri with research entitled “The Relationship Between Foreign Direct Investment and Unemployment in Indonesia”
The fifth presenter is Mr. Akmal Setiawan with research entitled “Tax Management Design for Withholders of Article 22 Income Tax Payable at the Time of Purchase (A Case Study: PT X)”
The last presenter is Mr. Tri Sutrisno with research entitled “The Design of Video Analytic Method for Local Tax Audit (Case Study: Kota Tangerang”
The discussion was very intriguing, and essential questions are looming. All of the presenters presented the results of their research with great enthusiasm. They share the knowledge from a result of research to improve knowledge. As well as getting scientific feedback from the session chair and audience/attendee with a QnA session. Through this virtual conference, we still have an opportunity to share knowledge, together develop knowledge, and get a new insight for each other.
