The 6th International Conference on Management Studies and Social Science (5/5/21)- calling scholars, researchers, and colleagues to exchange ideas about research results with the theme of education and teaching. The event was successfully held virtually on May 5, 2021. The 6th MASOS aims to increase knowledge globally through the latest research that has been carried out. This platform increases understanding and wisdom among researchers, finds further study ideas, and finds new research and collaboration opportunities.
Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Ethiopia, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Nepal, Pakistan, and Germany.
Mr. Risky Adha P. opened the event as Organizing Committee and Digital Staff Operation of the Research Synergy Foundation.
We invited Dr. Mageswari Ranjanthran – Sunway University, Malaysia, as Session Chair of 6th MASOS. She will guide the course of the online presentation. The Presentation session was divided into five tracks.
Track Green Economics
The first presenter is Dr. Maryanti, SE, M.Sc with research entitled “Sustainability Development on Mining Sector in Indonesia.”
Track Business Economics
The second presenter is Mrs. Erna Garnia with research entitled “Impact of Macroeconomic Factors on the Market Performance of Indonesia Sharia Stocks”
The third presenter is Mrs. Maryam Saidu Jen with research entitled “Impact of government Incentive on the Development of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Nigeria”
Track Management Science
The fourth presenter is Ms. Fathonah Annisa with research entitled “The Role of Influencers During the Covid-19 Pandemic on Social Media Instagram”
The fifth presenter is Mr. Rapiuddin with research entitled “Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline in Achieving Work Achievement; Studies on State Civil Servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Kendari City”
Track Organizational Studies
The sixth presenter is Dr. Yogi Muldani Hendrawan with research entitled “Competency Gap Analysis between Academic Institution and Industry by Importance Performance Analysis Method: in Case Manufacturing Engineering Department”
The seventh presenter is Dr. Severin Hornung, with research entitled “All Quiet on the Western Front? an Update on the Paradigm Wars in Management and Organizational Science.”
The eighth presenter is Ms. Kasdiawati, with research entitled “Analysis of the Interpretation of the Meaning of the Karampuang Traditional House in Sinjai Regency.”
The ninth presenter is Mr. Muhammad Saleh with research entitled “Da’wah Hidayatullah Communication Strategy in Socializing Islamic Religion in Tana Toraja District”
Track Management Information Systems
The tenth presenter is Mr. Cahyadi Saputra Akasse with research entitled “An Analysis of the Advantages and Disadvantages of Public Relations Strategies in Delivering Covid-19 Information Using Social Media”
The last presenter is Mr. Adrian Kede with research entitled “Government Policy and Public Relations Contribution to the Covid-19 Public Crisis”
All of the presenters presented the results of their research with great enthusiasm. They share the knowledge from a result of research to improve understanding. As well as getting scientific feedback from the session chair and audience/attendee with a QnA session. Through this virtual conference, we still have an opportunity to share knowledge, together develop understanding, and get a new insight for each other.
