29 June 2020, 5th International Conference on Management Studies and Social Science (5th MASOS) held successfully. Due to the pandemic and the uncertainties of COVID-19, we held the conference by virtually. The participant and attendees were from fifteen countries such as Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, India, Morocco, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Malaysia, Ghana, United States, Nepal, Chile, Namibia, Srilanka, China, Kosovo.

Mrs. Ani Wahyu Rachmawati MSM did the opening. As Founder & Director of Publication of Research Synergy Foundation and conference moderator, she explained and introduced about Global Research Ecosystem. After the great explanation, we do the photo group with all participants.

The next agenda was a keynote speaker session.

Keynote speaker today is Assistant Professor Engr. Dr. Muhammad Mujtaba Asad as Head of Educational Technologies and TVET Research Group Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan. The great topic that he present was about “Transitional Change Towards Digitalization of Learning Community in COVID-19 Pandemic: Potential Challenges and Opportunities”.

After the Speaker Session, we are in the QnA session; all the participants can give a question and will get feedback from the speaker.
The discussion session was run very well, and the next agenda is the presentation session from all the presenters.

The session chair of today’s conference is Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih as Founder and Chairman of the Research Synergy Foundation.

The first presenter is Mrs. Laila Refiana Said and Mrs. Fifi Swandari with research entitled “Empowering Women: A Field Experiment on Financial and Education Support for Urban Housewives.”

The second presenter is Mr. Randy Kurniawan, with research entitled “Leveraging Internal And External Resources To Achieve Firm Performance: The Centrality Of Market Orientation And Business Process Agility.”

The third presenter is Mrs. Joan Hesti Gita Purwasih with research entitled “Contesting Pancasila: Ideological Contestation And Infiltration Of Radicalism Among Student In Indonesia (Socio-Hystorical Perspective)”.

The last presenter is Mr. Girang Permata Gusti with research entitled “Is There Any Impact of Electronic Money to Increase Knowledge of Financial Literacy?: In The Pandemic Situation of COVID-19 in Pontianak City”

All the presenters had delivered/ shared their research and work eagerly at the presentation session.


In brief, the participants received feedback from the session chairs and improve their research from the discussion session among participants/ audiences. Hopefully, with this virtual conference, we can still have an opportunity to share knowledge and get a new insight for each other.
