The 2nd International Conference on Management, Education and Social Science (28/7/2021) – was an outstanding event held on July 28, 2021. This International Conference by Research Synergy Foundation was held virtually. All researchers, scholars, and colleagues participated in the discussions and exchanged ideas at the scientific conference. This conference discusses and shares research on Finance in Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Secondry Education, Social Science and Management.
Participants and audiences who attended came from various countries, such as Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Morocco, India, Peru, Afghanistan and Nigeria.

The event began with an opening by Mrs. Ani Wahyu Rachmawati, MSM, as Founders, Publication Director of Research Synergy Foundation, Director of RSI and RSF Press and Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih that guided the presentation of the conference as Session Chair to lead the online presentation session and give feedback and ecouragement to all presenters
Track Finance in Management
In this conference on Finance in Management theme, the presenters were presenting her research with research entitled “Factors Contributing to Financial Literacy Level Among Youth”, from Hazlaili Binti Hashim
From the Marketing Management track, the theme about Factors Influencing Consumer’s Purchase Behaviour towards Green Packaged Products and Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Consumers Purchase Behaviour Through Social Media by Mei Ling Goh and Kah Boon Lim. In the other session, on Secondary Education Tracks, Intervening Effect of Hybrid Method in Enhancing Teacher’s Engagement and Satisfaction was brought by Jennifer Herosa Operio.

The fourth presenter is Dr. Jennifer H. Operio with research entitled “Intervening Effect of Hybrid Method in Enhancing Teacher’s Engagement and Satisfaction”
Track Social Science
The fifth presenter is Jian Ai Yeow with research entitled “The Influence of Social Media on Young Consumer’s Purchase Intention during Global Pandemic”
The sixth presenter is Nor Sheena Binti Andon with research entitled “Counterfeit Products in Online Platforms: A Systematic Review”
The seventh presenter is Nursyuhada Ain binti Ali Husin with research entitled “Determinant of Online Food Delivery (OFD) towards Customer Behaviour: A Systematic Review”
The last presenter is Anushia Chelvarayan with research entitled “A Study of Online Purchase Intention among Gen X in Malaysia”
The discussion was very intriguing, and essential questions are looming. All of the presenters presented the results of their research with great enthusiasm. They share the knowledge from a result of research to improve knowledge. As well as getting scientific feedback from the session chair and audience/attendee with a QnA session. Through this virtual conference, we still have an opportunity to share knowledge, together develop knowledge, and get a new insight for each other.
