International Conference of Science Management Art Research Technology (IC-SMART) by Ikatan Dosen Republik Indonesia (IDRI) and Research Synergy Foundation held virtually on October 14, 2020.

The aim of this conference is to bring together leading academician, researchers, and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Science Management Art Research Technology.

The IC-SMART International Conference shows up as a cutting edge Science Management Art Research Technology platform to gather presentation and discussions of recent achievements by leading researchers in academic research.

Total participants that participated in this conference are 215 participants coming form Indonesia, Egypt, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Morocco, Cameron, Algeria, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Tanzania, Kazakhstan, and Yamen.

The conference was opened by Dr. Dian Utami Sutiksno., SE., M.Si. as Conference Chair IC-SMART 2020.

Dr. Ryan Kurniawan., SE., MM. as Chairman of Ikatan Dosen Republik Indonesia (IDRI) was welcoming and open the conference with the warm speech.

Then Mrs. Ani Wahyu Rahmawati MSM, as founder and director of Publication Research Synergy Foundation give an introduction of Global Research Ecosystem and Conference Publication Announcement.

This conference was separated by two main agendas, that are keynote speaker session and presentation session. Continue with the first main agenda, keynote speaker session. In this session there are five competent speakers that invited to share their insight.

The first keynote is Irjen. Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Murad Ismail, S.H. as Governor of Maluku that represented by Dr. Ir. Insun Sangadji, M.Si. Plt. Head of Education Office and Culture of Maluku Province. Dr. Ir. Insun Sangadji, M.Si. was delivered speech about industry revolution 4.0 and new research trend of multidisciplinary.

The second keynote speaker is Mr. Richard Louhenapessy, S.H. as Mayor of Ambon that represented by Mr. Syarif Hadler. Mr. Syarif Hadler was delivered the inspiring speech about Ambon to be a smart city.

The third keynote speaker is Dr. Evan Lau, Ph.D as Associate Professor, Managing Editor of IJBS Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). Dr. Evan Lau, Ph.D was delivered the fruitful speech about research and it responsible in the future.

The forth keynote speaker is Dr. Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih as
Founder & Chairman at Research Synergy Foundation, Lecturer at Postgraduate MM Unisba, and International Relation Coordinator of Central IDRI. The interesting speech about Borderless Education and Open Science “Shaping the University of the Future” was delivered by her.

The last keynote speaker is Prof. dr. Ali Ghufron Mukti, MSc, PhD as Rector of Trisakti University. The speech is about Empowerment and Digital Technology Innovation in the Covid-19 Era on Learning Process of Higher Education.

This session from the keynote was greeted positively by the participants. Question and answer sessions made the curiosity of the participants causing in interesting and fruitful discussions.

Finally in the closing ceremony, it was announced for participants who received the Best Paper and Best Presentation. Best papers were chosen by scientific committee of reviewers who had read the research previously. The Best paper are:

  2. Rini Setiati, Gilbert Soenarjo, Ixora Karundeng with research entitled ” The Potential of CO2, Injection on Enhanced Oil Recovery Method for Oil Fields in Indonesia”

In addition, Best Presentations were chosen by the session chair in charge of presentation sessions in each room. They assess each participants presentation based on evaluation form. The Best Presentation are:

  3. Mr. Masfar Gazali with research entitled “INTERDEPENDENCE OF LOAN AND DEPOSIT VOLUMES AT GOVERNMENT-OWNED, PRIVATE, AND JOINT-VENTURE BANKS IN INDONESIA DURING 2003-2017”
  4. Mrs. Tyas Wedhasari with research entitled “Quality Improvement of Healthcare for Blood Demand”
