Within theme “Second Japan International Conference on Business, Management Studies and Social Science (2nd JIBUMS), this conference was attended by several delegates from Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Poland, and Indonesia. Moreover, it provided some tracks. Such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, Sociology, and Social Science.
Mr. Soni Harsono Awan with his paper became the first speaker on the track Business Administration. The paper explained service recovery and its effect on student satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth at private universities in East Java, Indonesia. It was started an amazing discussion on that day.
During the conference, the participants seem enjoying the discussion. Not only giving comments but also supporting one another. Indeed, they are so excited when the delegate from Poland, Mr. Piotr Zbigniew Masloch, presented his paper by Skype. They admitted that it was incredible, it was 3 A.M in Poland, but he was very enthusiastic to present his paper at this conference.
In the mid of the conference, we were surprised by Ms. Piyanard Ungkawanichakul. She explained an ethnically diverse society as depicted in Mural paintings at Phumin temple, Nan Province. Not only explaining such a great painting, she also gave the souvenir to all participant.
Therefore, in the last of this conference, some participant said that this conference does not only give such a great experience but has connected them successfully.
