Beach, sun glasses, and fruits were attribute to our conference venue, Phuket, Thailand! Universitas Djuanda Bogor Indonesia (UNIDA) in collaboration with Research Synergy Foundation has been successfully held International Conference of Current Issues in Educations, Economics, Social Science and Humanities  (ICIESH) in Phuket, Thailand

The conference which held at September 3 – 4, 2018 was attended by forty participant coming from diverse countries in Asia. They are coming from Indonesia, Malaysia, South korea, Thailand and Australia.

Our first day of conference was open with opening speech from Dr. Widyasari as conference chair of ICIESH following with Dr. Hendrati as Chairman of Research Synergy Foundation and Dr. Dede Kardaya as Rector of UNIDA. Both leader of organization on their speech highlight the promises and challenges of international research collaboration.

Today’s conference is attended by 4 speakers representing both economic experts, representation of academic institution, international journal’s reviewers, lectures, as well as attendees and presenter from several countries around the world.

Our first Keynote Speaker, Dr. Martin Roestamy is the Counselor of Universitas Djuanda. He deliver speech entitled “Land Bank, Affordable Housing, and Human Basic Need”. Our second keynote speaker, Prof. Ahmad Rozelan Yunus is Associate Professor of Universiti Teknikal Malaysia.  He deliver speech entitled “Entrepreneurship Education in Global Competition”. The last, Dr. Basanta Kumar is the Editor of the Sankalpa Journal. He deliver speech entitle “Publish or Perish: challenges of Open Access Journal System”.

Every participant seems enjoying all program for the first day. Most of them are eager to show their best performance to get award as best presenter of the conferene. Finally, The first day conference was closing with ceremony for best paper of the conference which awarded to Mrs. Rusi Rusmiati Aliyyah from Universitas Djuanda Bogor, Indonesia and Ms. Bohwa Kim from Chungnam National University, South Korea.

Temple, Elephant, and seafood!

At the second day, we enjoy the city by visiting phuket island tourism place. We start from Kata view point, play with baby elephant, big buddha, wat chalong temple, and finish with lunch at local restaurant. Most of participant were impressed with the culture of Thailand. Especially Thai food, will be the most unforgotten taste from this beautiful country.

At general, the two days conference was ended with happiness for everyone. Positive comment was coming from participant for benefit of the event through sharing knowledge and experience from each participant during the session. We hope these beautiful experience can give us inspiration to bring more contribution to the society. Big hope to see you again in 2nd ICIESH next year!
